How do we rate in providing our reports to you in a timely fashion?

While the statute says we have up to 30 days, we monitor our turnaround closely for ways to save days when it is within our control.

How would you rate the overall clarity of our reports?

How well do our reports contain facts and reasoning in sufficient detail for the legal reader to reach an independent opinion?

Is there a clear, logical progression from the data in the clinical assessment to the forensic opinions presented in the report?

Are psychological terms explained or clarified by examples?

To what extent do our evaluations include a review of records, behavioral observations, psychological testing and defendant self-report

To what extent do our reports use proper statutory language?

When testifying, do you believe our Legal Examiners are knowledgeable about forensic mental health issues?

To what extent do FESC professionals (admin & legal examiners) respond to your inquiries in a timely manner?

To what extent are our clerical staff courteous and helpful?

To what extent do you believe we provide services free from any instance of discrimination or otherwise being treated differently due to skin color, race, ethnicity, family circumstances, gender or sexual orientation?

To what extent do you believe we have a prosecutorial or defense bias in our reports?

Do you have any reservations about us conducting evaluations over video, when that eliminates significant travel?
